A solid selection for a swift visit in Richmond with very good value for money. The beds are super comfy.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a very comfy bed. The bathroom was spacious with free toiletries. Breakfast had decent choices, even though I missed my preferred meat. There’s a fitness area, and the location is great with shopping and restaurants nearby.

I chose Wingate for its proximity to Short Pump Town Center, but was pleasantly surprised by the free shuttle service. The complimentary breakfast buffet at DJ's Bar & Grill was delightful and the bar/lounge offered a great selection of drinks.

The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze. They provided all the necessary information and answered all our questions with a smile. The hotel itself was clean, tidy, and had great facilities, such as free parking and an elevator to the rooms. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shopping centers. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a window that opened. The breakfast had a wide selection of options and the staff ensured we had a pleasant dining experience. a great stay!
The only minor issue we encountered was some noise from the road and a neighboring room with a loud television, but it quieted down after 11 pm.

I had a great experience at Wingate in Richmond. the king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room felt like a mini apartment, giving me plenty of space to put my things. the location was convenient to 288 and all the amenities Short Pump offers, including shops, stores, restaurants, and the mall. the staff, particularly Michele and Manny, provided exceptional customer service, making my stay even more enjoyable. the peaceful and quiet location was ideal, and the cleanliness of the room was impressive.
